• Enter your information, for either a request for information, registration, or your reverse mortgage application, the information is saved in your preferences so that you can return to your application and finish completing it at another time without having to re-enter any information.
• Email-A-Friend: If you choose to use our email-a-friend service to email a friend about our site, we will ask you for your friend's name and email address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him/her to visit the site. Golden Gateway does not store this information.
• Setup, or we help you set up a My Golden Gateway account, you will select a password to use. You will need this password to access your personalized Web page.

Planning tools

When you use our planning tools we collect information including email address, home value, age, and loan terms. We use this information to fulfill your request to print, email or call you with the results that you requested; also to provide you email communications that you have requested for Rate Watch, or newsletters.

Reverse mortgage or borrower application

In order to process your reverse mortgage or loan application, we collect information including name, address,age, assets/liabilities, property location and estimated value, and other information regarding your home.

My Golden Gateway account

If you apply for a reverse mortgage, or another loan or financial product, you will first need to create a My Golden Gateway account, or we'll create one for you over the phone.

However, you may create a My Golden Gateway account without applying for a reverse mortgage or another loan if you wish to access the special features we offer in our program such as printing and mailing planning scenarios or other materials for yourself or a loved one.

If you use a bulletin board, blog, or chat room on this website, you should be aware that any personally identifiable information you submit there can be read, collected, or used by other users of these forums, and could be used to send you unsolicited messages. Contest, promotion or online surveys
